Type 2 diabetic (LADA Diabetes 1.5) with A1C of 14!
After switching to a low carb eating lifestyle:
Reversed Diabetes with an A1C of 5.4 Triglycerides 215 down to 100, HDL38 up to 65, Glucose 364 down to 115, c-peptide 1.92 up to 2.57, lost 80 lbs (not done yet)
Totally off all medications!
Hashimoto’s and High Blood pressure, body aches and pains.
After switching to a low carb eating lifestyle:
Hashimoto symptoms improved. Blood pressure is better and can now walk for literally miles pain free, Lost 80+ pounds (not done yet).
High blood pressure, NASH/Fatty liver disease, high triglycerides, arthritis in knees.
After switching to a low carb eating lifestyle:
Liver test came back clear (reversed), down to ½ Blood pressure pill. No other prescription meds. Triglycerides 186 down to 115, HDL 33 up to 53, Glucose 105 down to 93, A1C 5.4 down to 5.1, lost 120 lbs (not done yet)
Type 2 diabetic, Neuropathy, High blood pressure, metabolic syndrome.
After switching to a low carb eating lifestyle:
Reversed Diabetes, Neuropathy gone, off all prescription med, renewed energy! Now mows 10,000 sq ft yard by hand without taking a break! lost 80+ pounds (not done yet)
